When you register for the free birthday archana, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number;
• Birth details — day and month (year optional) — and your Nakshatra, Rasi, and Gotra;
• The same details for any family members you choose to add.

We do not collect payment card details through this form, and we never ask for government IDs, passwords, or financial account numbers.

We use this information only to:

• Perform a free archana in your name and nakshatra at the 7:30 PM puja on your birthday, and
• Send you temple updates, event notices, and birthday wishes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the temple.

Your information is stored in a secure database (hosted by Supabase) protected by access controls. Only authorized temple administrators and priests can view registrations, and only to provide the services described above. Our website cannot read other devotees' records.

Parents and guardians may add children as family members so the child receives a birthday archana. By adding a family member, you confirm you have the authority to share their details for this purpose. If you would like a child's information removed, please contact us.

We keep your registration for as long as you remain a devotee of the temple, or until you ask us to remove it. You may request deletion at any time.

You may, at any time:

• Ask what information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct or update it;
• Ask us to delete your registration; and
• Unsubscribe from temple emails.

This website does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in future to understand site usage, we will update this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
